Volum8 Creative Inc. specializes in the disciplines of design, business consulting and software engineering.

I developed the Volum8 website for Volum8 Creative, rebuilding a custom site using WordPress, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and Gravity Forms to ensure easy client management.

My role involved:

  • Full Development: Completely developed the website, starting from an XD design provided by Joe Frederick.
  • Client Collaboration: Engaged in constructive discussions with the creative team and founder regarding interactivity and responsiveness.
  • Responsiveness and Accessibility: Ensured the site is fully responsive and meets AA 2.2 accessibility compliance.
  • Animation Implementation: Created various animations by using.
    • Vanilla JavaScript:
      • Intro Animation: Engaging introduction animation.
      • List Animation: Smooth list animations to show document checklists.
      • Fun Animations: Pac-Man running away from ghosts.
    • jQuery:
      • Menu Animation: Interactive menu animations.
    • CSS:
      • SVG Icon Animations: Interactive icon animations on hover using CSS.
    • AOS library:
      • Scroll Animations: Animate elements as container and text on scroll.

This comprehensive development approach resulted in a dynamic, user-friendly website that is both highly interactive and accessible.
